Our Wedding Catering Process

A clear planning process so nobody is guessing two weeks before the wedding.

Weddings already have enough moving parts. We keep the catering process straightforward, organized, and tied to real deadlines.

Tell Us the Basics

Share your date, venue, guest count, service style, and the kind of meal you are imagining.

We Build Your Quote

We recommend menu options, staffing needs, dinnerware options, and service details based on your wedding.

Reserve Your Date

Once you are ready, your date is secured with a booking fee and we begin locking in the plan.

Finalize & Serve

Final menu, count, and payment are handled before the event so wedding day service runs smoothly.

Booking Options

Clear booking terms. No mystery. No last-minute chaos.

Wedding catering dates are limited, especially during peak season. Our booking process is built to protect your date and keep both sides organized.

Standard Booking Option

Our standard wedding booking structure is designed for couples who want to secure the date now and make payments as the event gets closer.

  • $250 booking fee due at booking
  • 50% of estimated balance due 6 months before the event
  • Menu finalized 30 days before the event
  • Final guest count and remaining balance due 15 days before the event

Paid-in-Full Discount Option

Couples who want to lock everything in early may choose to pay in full at booking and receive a discount.

  • 10% off the catering order when paid in full at booking
  • Discount applies to the original booked estimate
  • Additional meals can be added later at regular per-person pricing
  • Guest count reductions do not create a refund on the paid-in-full discount
