Build Your Buffet

Don't know exactly what you want? Start here.

Catering gets complicated when clients think they need to know every detail before asking for help. You don't. Give us a direction and we'll build the logistics around it.

Build a complete event meal in five decisions.

Pick the meal direction. Pasta, traditional buffet, tacos, pizza, smoked meats, premium entrée, appetizers, or tell us you're undecided.
Choose your main components. Entrées, sauces, proteins, sides, salads, breads, toppings, or other must-have items.
Tell us how guests will eat. One dinner time, an open-house window, a lunch meeting, cocktail hour, late-night service, or another schedule.
Choose the service level. Drop-off, professional buffet setup, staffed buffet, or full-service catering.
Add the finishing pieces. Dinnerware, linens, water service, appetizers, dessert, ice cream, late-night food, or cleanup support.
How You Want It Served

The exact same food can feel like a completely different event.

Service level affects presentation, guest flow, staffing, equipment, cleanup, and price. We help you choose the level that actually makes sense.

Drop-Off Catering

Best for office lunches, smaller gatherings, and events where your group is comfortable managing the serving area after delivery.

Buffet Setup

We arrange the food area professionally with the equipment and serving layout quoted for your event, then your group takes it from there.

Staffed / Full-Service

Best for weddings, larger company events, and occasions where buffet flow, presentation, guest support, and cleanup matter.

Presentation & service upgrades may include:

Disposable Dinnerware Premium Disposable Plates Real China Silverware Charger Plates Linen Napkins Buffet Linens Water Service Serving Staff Cleanup Support Leftover Boxing Late-Night Service
Before You Book

Enough information to plan—without pretending every event costs the same.

Wedding Tastings

Couples who want to sample menu options before committing can schedule a tasting by appointment. Tastings are designed to compare entrées and sides and help narrow down the right wedding menu.

Available by appointment
Sample multiple entrée and side options
Tasting fee can be applied toward the booking fee when you book
Ideal for couples deciding between buffet directions

How Pricing Works

A 40-person office drop-off and a 300-person staffed wedding are not the same catering job. Publishing one price and pretending they are would be misleading.

Guest count affects quantities, labor, equipment, and flow
Venue access and travel can change logistics
Staffing and service style affect the final quote
Premium proteins, dinnerware, desserts, and late-night food are event-specific
What We Cater

From 25 guests to thousands.

The menu should fit the event—not the other way around.

Wedding Receptions Rehearsal Dinners Corporate Lunches Trainings & Meetings Employee Appreciation Company Parties Funerals Graduations Fundraisers Church Events School Events Birthdays Showers Family Reunions Community Events Large Group Meals
Budget planning: Popular buffet starting points begin around $18 per guest. Your final quote is built from your actual guest count, menu, location, service level, staffing, dinnerware needs, timing, travel, and add-ons.
Menu FAQs

Questions worth answering before you request a quote.

What is your most popular catering package?

Our Pasta Bar is one of the most popular starting points for weddings and corporate events because it gives guests variety, scales well for larger groups, and moves efficiently through a buffet.

Can we customize the menu?

Yes. Most menus are built around your guest count, event type, venue, budget, dietary needs, and service style. The offerings on this page are meant to give us a starting direction.

Why don't you list a fixed price for every item?

Because guest count, staffing, travel, venue requirements, service style, equipment, menu choices, and upgrades can change the actual cost significantly. We would rather give you a useful custom estimate than publish a number that does not match your event.

Do catering packages include plates and silverware?

Disposable dinnerware is available with many packages. Premium disposable settings, real china, silverware, charger plates, linen napkins, and water service can also be quoted depending on the event.

Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Tell us about allergies, gluten-free needs, vegan or vegetarian guests, and other dietary concerns during the quote process. We will discuss what can be safely and realistically accommodated for your specific menu.

Do you offer wedding tastings?

Yes. Wedding tastings are available by appointment and can include multiple entrée and side options. When a tasting results in a booking, the tasting fee can be applied toward the booking fee.

Can you handle large events?

Yes. We cater everything from smaller private gatherings to large weddings, company events, school functions, and community meals. Menu and service recommendations change as the guest count grows so the food can still be served hot and efficiently.

How do we get an exact quote?

Send us your date, location, estimated guest count, event type, menu interests, serving time, and desired service level. An estimated count is enough to start—we do not need your final number before beginning a quote.

Let's Build the Meal

You don't need the menu figured out. You just need somewhere to start.

Send us your date, guest count, venue, and the food that caught your attention. We'll help turn it into a catering plan that makes sense for the event.
