**All entree meals include a high-quality black plastic disposable plate and disposable silverware and napkin. Upgrade to napkin wrapped disposable silverware for $0.25 more.
**We do offer a $0.25 per meal discount if you would rather have Styrofoam plates or a $0.50 per meal discount if you want to provide your own plate, silverware, and napkins.
**Upgrade to Higher Quality White Disposable plate with a silver ring and matching disposable silverware wrapped in a napkin for $0.75 more.

Booking Information
- While price and quality are key points for us, we do evaluate product availability and price/inflation on a month basis. If there is an increase, it could result in an increase in price up to 10%; however, if the price increase poses financial difficulty, we will work with you on menu modification to fit within your budget.
- Prices do not include Sales Tax, Gratuity, or Travel Fees if applicable.
- Travel Fee outside of Sioux Falls. Contact us for Travel Fees.
- Taste Testing: If you have paid the Retainer Payment, you get 1 Free Taste Testing for up to 4 people and to be scheduled no less than 2 weeks out, unless approved by the caterer. Additional Taste Testing’s can be completed by paying $75 per event (up to 4 people). If the Retainer Payment has not been made, the Taste Testing would be $75 per event (up to 4 people)
- Retaining Fee: Non-Refundable Retainer Fee of $250+tax due at time of booking to secure date. This payment covers all communications and planning meetings between us as the business and you as a client. It also covers up to 1 Free Taste Testing (up to 4 people).
- Gratuity: 15%+tax Gratuity is added to all events. If your event falls on a weekend when there is a holiday on Thursday - Monday, there will be an additional 10%+tax Gratuity to be added to account for Holiday Pay for our staffing.
- Payment Options: Paid in Full at time of booking and Receive 5% Discount. Other payment option is $250+tax Non-Refundable Retainer Fee at time of booking to secure your event.
- 1/2 of the anticipated final balance would be due 6 months prior to the event with final headcount and final invoice still due 15 days before the event.
- If the event is less than 6 months but more than 30 days out, 1/2 is due between the booking date and the event date and the final headcount and final invoice will still be due 15 days prior to the event.
- If 30 or less, half of the balance is due at time of booking with final headcount and final invoice due 15 days before the event..
- Cash/Check Payment and Discount Option: We still accept Credit/Debit Card Payments; however, we are now offering 2% Discount for Cash or Check Payments. If a check is provided, and it is returned due to non-sufficient funds, there will be a $50 NSF Charge and applicable late fees. If the check payment is not taken care of at least 10 days before your event, the event is subject to cancellation due to non-payment.
